Managing Broker | Owner

With an extensive background in contract negotiations and sales, Salem serves as the Managing Broker/Owner of One Nest Realty as well as founder of our sister company, One Nest Home Staging. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as local associations DMAR & SMDRA, as well as the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. She has a passion for using her unique skill set to market "hard to sell" homes at every price point, and supporting our associate brokers in providing industry-setting standards of professionalism and client care. She lives in Littleton with her husband of twenty-two years & their three children (7th, 9th, and 12th grade).
